Join me as we review and hone the skills you learned in your initial training! 

The morning session will consist of review and practice with providing effective feedback, asking mediative questions, and the coaching conversations of planning and reflecting. (Level I content)

The afternoon session will focus on practice with the calibrating conversation and the problem-resolving conversation (including a deeper dive into the Outcome Structure).  (Level II content)
