Cognitive Coaching (Level II) is a four-day experience during which participants will build their communication and problem-solving skills through the process of becoming intentional about how they mediate for someone else''s effectiveness. The problem-solving conversation will be presented, and the planning and reflecting maps will be reviewed. Research, modeling and practice will support learning.
Previous participation in Level I or in the full 8-day training is required. Cognitive Coaching is a process that supports individuals working together to improve their skills.
Evaluator Approval has been approved for this course as of August 1, 2020. Please note - if you took CCII prior to August 1, 2020, the evaluator approval credits will not work. This is only for the courses offered AFTER August 1, 2020.
Graduate credit is being offered for this course. Please check with your partnering institution of higher education to be certain it will be accepted towards a master''s degree or endorsement.
NOTE: All participants, including those registering as Participant Only, should plan to complete all of the work required (attendance, participation and assignments) to receive the full benefit of the learning and a certificate of completion.
